Ampliación Parque Maquinaria

Estamos encantados de dar la bienvenida a nuestro amplio parque de maquinaria a estas 3 nuevas máquinas de 5 ejes del Fabricante Makino, modelo DA300 y D500. De esta forma incorporamos la alta velocidad en el mecanizado de piezas de aluminio de hasta 400mm de longitud.

La fuerte tendencia del sector hacia la automatización y digitalización de procesos se ve reflejada en las prestaciones que nos brindan estas máquinas, que junto con el equipamiento de robots de carga automático del fabricante Erowa y su software de gestión JMS, nos dan una autonomía de funcionamiento ininterrumpida de hasta 50 horas de mecanizado sin necesidad de supervisión.

El diseño de la célula, las herramientas y accesorios, así como la estrategia de mecanizado y aplicaciones implementadas para esta nueva generación de máquinas vanguardistas, han sido estudiadas con mucho detalle por nuestro equipo multidisciplinar. Se trata de una configuración flexible, con hasta 55 posiciones de palets distintas, con distintos tipos de palets y amarres, que nos permiten mecanizar de manera secuencial y segura tantos Part Numbers distintos como configuraciones de palets necesitemos realizar.

Nos sentimos muy orgullosos del trabajo realizado, siempre en equipo, y de los resultados que estamos consiguiendo, pero sobre todo de la evolución del conocimiento y el reto conseguido, que es siempre el de ofrecer el mejor servicio en calidad, plazo y coste a nuestros clientes.

We are pleased to welcome these 3 new 5-axis machines from the Manufacturer Makino, model DA300 and D500, to our large machinery park. In this way, we incorporate high speed in machining of aluminum parts up to 400mm in length.

The strong trend in the sector towards the automation and digitalization of processes is reflected in the benefits that these machines provide us, and with the equipment of an automatic loading robots from the manufacturer Erowa and its JMS management software, give us operating autonomy uninterrupted up to 50 hours of machining without operator supervision.

The design of the cell, the tools and accessories, as well as the machining strategy and applications implemented for this new generation of cutting-edge machines, have been studied in great detail by our multidisciplinary team. It is a flexible configuration, with up to 55 different pallet positions, with different types of pallets and ties, which allow us to sequentially and safely machine as many different Part Numbers as pallet configurations we need to make.

We are very proud of the work  developed, always as a team, and the results we are achieving, but above all of the evolution of knowledge and the challenge achieved, which is always to offer the best service in quality, time and cost to our customers.
