We present you another of the new acquisitions of our set of machines that we have acquired to improve our efficiency and productivity.

This is one of the best high capacity horizontal machining machines.

This versatile machine, with five axes at 500Z, is based on four axes of the nx series, adding a fully integrated «Z-type» fifth axis built to meet today’s most complex part geometry challenges, in a minimum number of workholding configurations and machining operations.

The unique kinematic arrangement of this new machine that we present to you minimizes the lengths of the force path both through the spindle and through the workpiece, effectively transferring both cutting loads and reactive forces to the machine’s three-point level bed, maximizing both metal removal rates and the life of perishable tools due to the unmatched rigidity of the system.
