The main objective of Sevilla Control (GSC) in the CONTANEDOR project is the automation of the collection of waste produced throughout the metal manufacturing process in machining in its more than 30 CNC numerical control machines. This waste is generated mainly in the form of chips when starting or cutting with a tool during the subtracting of the material.By also using oil-based fluids for cooling and lubrication of parts in these manufacturing operations due to the high temperatures that can be reached in these operations, the chips will be mixed with these oil-based fluids for cooling (lubricant).
