The general objective of the project is the research and development of ingredients and actives to obtain a new intelligent lubricating for Titanium grade 5 (Ti6Al4V) for the metal industry. The new product is going to include advanced lubrication and cooling functionalities and, through the implementation of sensor elements, laboratory test and using the application of information technologies, will increase the control, efficiency and effectiveness of the lubrication processes in which the products are used. GSC take part in this national consortium, as company a with a lot of experience and knowledge about machining titanium alloys manufactured by additive technology.
