In the project GREEN FA 4.0 (Generation and maturation of processes of “Direct Deposition of Material by Laser” and its trade-off with SLM technology for its use in the Additive Manufacturing of aeronautical engine )GSC is the leader of this national consortium which aims to maturate the additive manufacturing process of Selective Fusion of Powder by Laser (SLM) and Direct Deposition by Laser with metallic cable (LMD-w) in order to be able to analyze the possibility to introduce these technologies in the manufacturing of engine parts using Inconel 718 as material throughout the project.
